1. Service Description

IAN (Intelligent Agent Network) is a conversational intelligence service that helps you consume, curate, and create through personalized “Lenses.” IAN is operated by Cyphae Software Ltd., a British Columbia (Canada) corporation. By using the IAN website or messaging service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use IAN. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when signing up
Use the service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service
Not send unsolicited or spam messages through IAN
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

4. SMS Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from IAN, you consent to receive conversational text messages related to your account and service requests. Messages are sent only in direct response to your interactions with IAN.

Message frequency varies based on your usage and interactions with the service.
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS communications at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation message.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at help@ian.network.

Supported carriers include major US and Canadian carriers. IAN and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on the IAN platform are owned by Cyphae Software Ltd. You retain ownership of the content you provide to IAN. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the service.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

IAN is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyphae Software Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you where appropriate.
